PURCHASING DETAILS
If you wish to purchase a painting from Bay Gallery you need to put the payment reference as the painting code number (important) listed on each paintings page.
Funds can be lodged via bank transfer or cheque which should be made payable to Bay Gallery London Ltd and Bay Gallery will send the painting upon cheque clearance.
Cheques are also accepted, made payable to Bay Gallery London LTD and Bay Gallery will send the painting upon cheque clearance.
FREIGHT
Bay Gallery will freight the unstretched painting to you anywhere in the world. International orders are sent via UPS where a tracking number is given to you enabling you to track the parcel on the UPS web site. The painting is delivered to your door within 4-5 working days. In country orders are sent by Parcel Force. The painting will be delivered to your door the next business day.
INSURANCE AND HANDLING
Bay Gallery handles all insurance requirements. For overseas clients there may be a charge for various taxes into the nominated country. All paintings are sent in an unstretched form, meaning clients will be responsible for the appropriate stretching of paintings. Each painting is gently rolled and wrapped in wads of tissue paper and bubble wrap, then into strong and durable cylinders. Clients can be assured that utmost attention is paid to the packing of these beautiful pieces of art ensuring the safety and arrival of undamaged goods.
If delivery in London paintings (if already stretched) will be delivered by Bay Gallery to you door.
